Renhill Group is currently recruiting Substitute Security Monitors for Cleveland Heights-University Heights City Schools for the 2023-2024 school year.

This position is on call and as needed throughout the school year.

Minimum requirements:

• High school diploma/equivalent
• Aide permit or student monitor permit issued by the Ohio Department of Education
  • Renhill Group will assist you in obtaining your permit if needed. Permit costs $25 and payment is made directly to the Ohio Department of Education
• BCI & FBI background checks
  
  • Dated within the past 12 months
  • On file with the Ohio Department of Education
  • Can be conducted by Renhill Group for one of the area’s lowest rates ($55), if you do not already have them. Call to make an appointment.

Necessary Skills/Duties:

• Monitor and direct student movement and activity in and around school grounds
• Assist in protecting school property
• Intervene in and stop physical altercations
• Assist in the supervision of high priority common areas such as cafeterias, halls, study halls, and restrooms
• Conduct and supervise detentions
