Renhill Group is currently looking for Substitute Educational Aides/Student Assistants to be board approved by the Allen County Educational Service Center for positions in school districts throughout Allen County.
The Allen County ESC oversees and supervises classrooms throughout Allen County school districts that offer specialized services that allow students access to the Ohio Academic Content Standards, by licensed professionals, which includes a classroom teacher and teaching assistant(s).
Renhill Group, through the Allen County ESC, offers the following schools/districts services for their students identified with multiple disabilities.

An Educational Aide/Student Assistant provides instructional, physical, and social emotional assistance in a caring and nurturing environment to meet the unique needs of students with Individual Education Plans
No formal experience? No problem. Renhill Group's online training courses designed by current and former school district administrators will give you the knowledge and confidence you need to ensure your success in the classroom.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- BCI & FBI background checks
- Completed within the past 12 months and on file with the Ohio Department of Education
- Renhill Group offers background checks at one of the area’s lowest rates ($55), if you do not already have them
- Aide permit issued by the Ohio Department of Education
- Renhill Group will assist you in obtaining your permit if needed. Permit costs $25 and payment is made directly to the Ohio Department of Education
