Renhill Group is Ohio’s premier company for professional substitute staffing services. We have been providing substitute staffing services to school systems throughout Ohio since 1998. We are currently recruiting for an evening Account Associate position.  The position will be located in our corporate office in Toledo, Ohio.

Schedule:

• Days: Sunday - Thursday
• Times: 4pm - 9pm 
• Note: You will have school breaks off.  IE: spring break, summer break, etc.
  

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and making calls as you fill substitute positions for our school system
• Entering absence requests into online substitute management software
• Exuding great customer service on the phone as the majority of your shift will be spent answering and making phone calls

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in utilizing a personal computer
• Ability to multi-task and handle a high pressure environment with timeline pressures
• Fast paced worker
• Able to work independently while acting as a team-player
• Hands on learner and able to grasp new concepts and computer software quickly
• Experience with high volume calls both incoming and outgoing
